For more than 20 years, Amish Shah has focused on making Northern Indiana a better place to live and work. Amish began his career at Kem Krest, a Tier I automotive company, in 1996. He has been the CEO since 2000. Under his leadership, Kem Krest has grown to become a $500+ million company that services Fortune 100 companies globally. Shah also co-founded an educational technology company which he exited in 2019, and most recently started up Kem-Shield, a new division of Kem Krest focused on Keeping America Safe from COVID.
Amish has been recognized for his leadership and entrepreneurial talent in a variety of ways, including as the Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business “Commitment to Michiana” 2018 honoree, Ernst & Young’s 2016 Entrepreneur of the year, a Michiana Forty Under 40 honoree, and the Mayor’s Award for Community & Business Achievement. Under his guidance, Kem Krest has been recognized as an industry leader of supply chain services, having been awarded Supplier of the Year for General Motors, FCA (Chrysler) and Honda Motor Company, Inc. 500|5000 Fastest Growing Companies, Indiana Companies to Watch, and BKD Indiana Excellence Award.
Amish currently serves on the General Motors Supplier Council, Chair of the Harley Davidson Supplier Council, and Boards that include: Beacon Health System, the Junior Achievement Lemonade Day serving Elkhart County, Lake Forest Academy, the South Bend–Elkhart Regional Partnership and chair of the SBERP Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Additionally, Amish is very active in community and regional development through many projects and ad-hoc councils. He is particularly passionate about building the next generation of entrepreneurs in Elkhart County.
Amish and his wife Amy, daughter Maya, and sons Samuel, Charlie and William live in Elkhart County, where Shah was born.Amish holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from University Notre Dame.

At HHPLIFT, a Chicago-based non-profit social enterprise, Dena leads a passionate team dedicated to lifting communities through job creation here at home and across the globe. Her primary focus includes: establishing and strengthening strategic partnerships, educating companies about increasing ways they can source products for their programs in a socially sustainable way, and expanding the impact of its 1eleven® Program, HHPLIFT’s job creation and career development program.
Dena is also the co-founder of a multiple award-winning specialty-market toy company which has been featured on the Today Show. Her products have been editorially featured in numerous national consumer and parenting publications.
She is also the principal of a consulting firm specializing in new product development and strategic innovation and has worked independently and in cross-functional creative brainstorming teams to create, develop, and name new products for Fortune 500 companies in multiple product categories.
She has appeared on CNBC’s The Big Idea with Donny Deutsche and was one of the featured interviewees on the CNBC documentary, Planet of the Apps.
Dena is a proud graduate of Northwestern University where she earned a B.A. in Linguistics.

Limouris believes purpose can lead to satisfied employees and unified teamwork, and he now helps others find purpose, too. Outside of Medix, he is also a youth football coach and board member of Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors, JB Training Solutions and Greek Orthodox Metropolis Chicago.

Ken is the son of Chinese immigrants who was born and grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia. When he was still in high school, he took a weekend job working a night shift as a janitor at Wendy’s where he cleaned toilets.
Ken graduated from UBC’s Faculty of Commerce (now the Sauder School of Business) with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance). He then earned his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation while working at KPMG before moving on to work in investment banking and private equity at CIBC World Markets (in Vancouver, Toronto and London, U.K.).
In 2019 Ken was by the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants with a fellowship designation (FCA).
Ken is the co-founder of Nurse Next Door, a North American operation that serves mostly seniors who prefer to live at home. Today, Nurse Next Door has opened over 200 franchise locations across North America and Australia, employing more than 8,000 team members. The company has been recognized as one of North America’s top 50 franchises and a top employer in B.C. and Canada. In addition, our global head office (affectionately called “Heartquarters”) has always been located in Vancouver.
Because of his deep love for his city, Ken ran for Mayor of Vancouver in 2018. Although he had never considered himself a politician, he came within 957 votes of becoming the Mayor of Vancouver––the closest mayoral race in Vancouver’s history. He plans on running again.
He has four kids with his wife, who is of South Asian heritage. And if he has any regrets, it is that he didn’t accept his parents’ advice and learn Mandarin.
