with the confidential help of other CEOs
personally and professionally
and flourish by moving from one peak to the next
Every CEO hits plateaus along the journey or is called upon to alter the company’s strategy. Surround yourself with peers who will see things differently and drive you to a new level of thinking.
“I figured out early in my career that peer-to-peer wisdom is a game-changer. So I joined groups like EO, YPO, Vistage and Strategic coach. Unfortunately some were absolute goat rodeos. Poorly managed, uninformative and full of members who took too much and offered too little. I am way too busy to waste a day in a bitch session followed by a cocktail party. Flourish Advisory Boards are the way to growth.”

After working with fortune 500 CEOs for over 32 years, we noticed the most effective executive teams were driven by leaders capable of six different types of critical thinking. This level of executive team is rare and difficult to find. This is why we test each of our members with the Kolbe Assessment to identify their CEO Superpower and curate a diverse and balanced advisory board for you.

All Flourish Advisory Boards meet monthly. Our moderators guide them through confidential conversations about their most difficult challenges and decisions. The diversity of perspective from other executives creates breakthroughs that give each member an unfair competitive advantage.
Hundreds of millions in additional revenues
Hundreds of hours to work on their business rather than in them.
Thousands of new insights, shortcuts and connections for their fellow members.
Each Flourish Advisory Board is moderated and coached by fellow CEO’s who have decades of experience dealing with complex business challenges. They have run companies and P&L’s. Because of this, every conversation contains the appropriate blend of empathy, experience and eventually, eureka moments.
Once we have your result, you will receive:
– A free assessment of your key strengths and blindspots,
– A short list of the most common successes and failures of CEOs like you.
– A determination of whether there is an available Flourish seat for your genius type
Most CEO’s have one or two issues that they’ve been unable to figure out for years.
Ironically, these issues are usually the result of your zone of genius and the blind spots that accompany it. Once you are able to view your most difficult challenges through six different lenses of thinking, you will see new possibilities AND be surrounded by experts who can make those possibilities a reality.
When I joined Flourish I was in a slump that had lasted too long. A year and a half later, my business is thriving. I wish I had found this group sooner. I find myself looking forward to our next meeting.

Changing the trajectory of a business takes time. While most participants see dramatic gains in their first 90 days of attending a Flourish Advisory Board, plan for at least 12 months to experience transformation.
Each virtual meeting is 4 hours. We start with personal and professional wins and successes. We always hear from a guru and spend time asking them questions. And then we take time for hot seats to discuss urgent member opportunities.
Each in-person event is 1.5 days where we spend time recharging, building one another up, and preparing for our next level of business.
Move from plateau to extraordinary growth with Flourish Advisory Boards.
