You need a learner’s mindset and to be willing to give as much as you get from the advisory board.

Our advisory boards meet 9 times each year virtually and 1 time each year in person. We take two months off each year to spend with our friends and families.
Each virtual meeting is 4 hours. We start with personal and professional wins and successes. We always hear from a guru and spend time asking them questions. And then we take time for hot seats to discuss urgent member opportunities.
Each in-person event is 1.5 days where we spend time recharging, building one another up, and preparing for our next level of business.

Changing the trajectory of a business takes time. While most participants see dramatic gains in their first 90 days of attending a Flourish Advisory Board, plan for at least 12 months to experience transformation. 

Each virtual meeting is 4 hours. We start with personal and professional wins and successes. We always hear from a guru and spend time asking them questions. And then we take time for hot seats to discuss urgent member opportunities.

Each in-person event is 1.5 days where we spend time recharging, building one another up, and preparing for our next level of business.
